Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Green Hills

What a great hotel staff. From the time we walked in the doors! Chloe greeted us with a big smile and personality! And, much needed after an extra long drive. We were checked right in. The hotel is extremely clean. Good location for Vanderbilt doctors appointments. Easy to get to from this location and still an area of nice restaurants and good shopping. The morning staff for breakfast gave us a nice welcome to start the day. Great coffee!

Our first time in Nashville, we couldn’t have picked a more perfect hotel. It’s in a quiet neighbor with everything you need in close proximity. It’s literally walking distance to Green Hills Mall. It’s also close enough to downtown to avoid the chaos. It was a wonderful experience. I also want to note that the complimentary parking is on the street. That was done with no issues (if you want to avoid $30 per night)

I came here for a business trip. Normally Courtyard is a pretty quiet hotel that delivers a consistent experience. Unfortunately on this trip there was a love musician who Played music in the lobby until well past 10p. The music is highly audible in the room and I wasn’t able to get to bed. Don’t come here if you want a quiet night’s sleep. staff person on call was rude and not at all helpful.

Might I just say, I am honestly quite upset with my stay. Starting with the first night, the staff informed us that our room that was booked in advance had been given away. We were offered a different room that would not accommodate our party until another room was found. The room was dirty, and the AC took hours to make the room cool at all. We later found out that it would be $30 a night for parking; however, there was no indication of this in advance, and it was automatically charged to the card on file. There was a large roach in the courtyard, and it might as well have been a roach running the front desk. Majority of the staff on guest service calls were unprofessional in their manor as well as just plain rude over the phone. For this to be such an expensive hotel, I might as well have stayed at a motel down the street. I definitely do not recommend unless absolutely necessary for location or lack of space anywhere else.

Nice Courtyard well maintained and seems to be in a very quiet location. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. 15 minute drive into downtown Nashville. Dog Friendly. Staff very helpful during our stay.
