Quality Inn Murfreesboro University Area

Very Clean rooms and an excellent staff. I would advise anyone traveling and looking for a clean and safe place to spend the night check out this hotel. We asked about restaurants in the area and the recommendation was excellent. This was also a very convenient location and close to my main route.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Front desk clerk was proficient but a little hard to sometimes understand. But she took care of our needs and overall the stay was fine. Located just off the main highway which was good for access to places to eat after arrival.

The staff were excellent and friendly. Quality breakfast with a variety of options. Cannot emphasize enough the excellent service by staff. There was a misunderstanding and the staff were kind and patient as they worked with me.

This motel is shady the staff has company or family there and you can't get get help at the desk..They have a store near the office cash only, I assume so they don't have to pay tax.the room is nasty and smells bad.. the parking lot has trash in it.

I prepaid for my reservation at time of booking 3 weeks prior through my travel agent. I was informed upon arrival that the manager saw fit to cancel my reservation because I “did not answer my phone when they called”. They promptly sold my room to a new customer I never received the call as i can only assume they called my travel agency and even if they did have my correct number, I was mid-flight. No attempts to find new accommodations or offer a refund so I found myself stranded at 1:30 am
