This is a relatively new property which opened in 2019. Our studio suite was clean and suitable for a two-night stay. There were no pots and pans in the kitchen. I was able to procure only a knife and fork from the front desk. They do not offer breakfast, free or otherwise, and I don’t know why. Everybody else does. The room rate was quite reasonable at $107/night. Maybe that’s why they don’t offer breakfast. For the first time that I can recall at any hotel, the hotel lobby was dark at 6 AM when I left for a walk. There were no desk personnel visible either. Spooky. This hotel is in a high traffic area, hard by Interstate 24. You will hear traffic all night. The area around the hotel is not walkable. There are no sidewalks. Traffic in Murfreesboro, particularly in the commercial areas, is terrible due to the explosive suburban growth. Go somewhere else. I can’t, in good conscience, recommend this hotel. It is another in a long line of disappointments I’ve had at Choice brand hotels. You’d think I’d learn by now.

The stay was fine, but now I realize they up-charged me $55.00 for a pet. No mention at check-in, or check-out. My wife is ill with cancer, so we left early and my bad for not reviewing the bill, but still................ I will call and inquire, but don't expect any satisfaction. Buyer Beware.

My son and I stayed here for a soccer tournament. Friendly staff clean room. Breakfast was missing protein. Hard boiled eggs and sausage gravy with little bits of sausage were the only choices. The front desk person also stocks the kitchen so when I went down there was no yogurt and most cereal was gone. We decided to get breakfast at Chick-fil-A which is about a mile away.

The hotel seems clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Parking is free and seems secure. There are ample drawers and shelves, and a closet, in the room. Otherwise, this hotel needs attention. Rarely was the front desk covered. We stood for five minutes, a few times, waiting and no one came to the desk. There is no option to have your room cleaned or towels replaced. The breakfast is laughable. There is a pancake machine, but no batter was provided. Coffee is in a small pot and rarely refilled. The offerings consisted of a few (very few) thawed pastries, an English muffin or two on some days, various juices, and a crockpot full of gravy - not sure what one is supposed to do with it. I guess if one is a gravy and biscuit fan one may enjoy that, but there were never any biscuits. Sometimes there was an apple (one apple), and there were packets of instant oatmeal. There is barely a way to cobble together a breakfast at all. The trash cans on the exterior patio (which was never swept or cleaned) and at the front of the hotel were never emptied and we were there for five days. The coffee maker in our room was not useable, the cabinet door under the bathroom sink fell off the first day we were there. This is a pet-friendly hotel, and while not the hotel's fault if someone's dog pees in the elevator, that does happen, which it did, a couple of times, it was not cleaned up by either the owner or the staff. When complaints were made about a dog that barked for three hours straight, the answer was that the hotel does not do anything about daytime barking, only if there is barking at night. There is a case in the lobby that is supposed to have various frozen foods to heat in one's microwave, and the hotel advertises this as a feature, but the case was empty. No cash is accepted so a bottle of water in the case that did have beverages had to be paid for with a credit card. There are random snacks, like chips, in the vending area, but not a lot. The internet is horrific. It basically doesn't work at all. It could be an ok hotel, but seems to have a serious management problem and many areas need attention.

This extended stay hotel is better than most! VERY clean with a big comfy bed. Rooms are equipped with kitchens. Great location, right next to a Texas Roadhouse and close to many more eateries & shopping. This hotel was recommended by a co-worker due to proximity to where I was attending a meeting, and I took a chance on it. Not sorry I did. The free breakfast looked a little unappetizing, but Starbucks is at the opposite corner. 😜
