Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Mount Juliet

Courtyard Marriott Mt. Juliet is my go to hotel for all of my business trips. Excellent customer service and an overall great experience. They have a shining star in the Bistro. Everyone calls him Uncle Leroy because he makes you feel like family. He has the BEST customer service and make my stay enjoyable each and everytime.

No internet. Down for a week, and they didn't tell us until after we checked in and got settled trying to connect with the internet. In room coffee maker didn't have a basket. Couch in room missing cushions. Toilet flow was low Staff were helpful and pleasant for what they could do.

This hotel CB argued me for two nights when I only stayed one. Provided them with the conformation number showing I booked for one night. They said i reserved for two nights. I provided them with the confirmation text they sent me abojt one night and the GM called me to tell me there is nothing they can do. Do not stay here if you want to be charged the correct amount.

Our experience at Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Mount Juliet was exceptional! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the facilities are as clean as can be, and the location is ideal. Uncle LeRoy went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was top-notch.

I booked a suit as a “mini get away” for a couple days. One of the first things I noticed when I walked through the doors was how clean the lobby looked. Upon check in, the front desk was friendly and check in went very smoothly. Parking is free and not a very long walk from the elevators and they do furnish luggage carts in the lobby if needed. Since it is just one set of elevators it was easy to find my room. The room was impeccably clean; no stains on the carpet, bedding, or couch, and bathroom smelled like it had been cleaned literally right before I walked in. The bedding was just the right amount to keep you warm but not hot and the mattress was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on, especially for a hotel. The suit had two dual controlled thermostats for the living area and the bedroom, allowing me to keep the bedroom slightly cooler. The only negative was the room wasn’t as quiet as I would have liked. The A/C unit is very loud when kicking on and off and outside sounds could be heard very easily. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and will be back!
