Super 8 by Wyndham Morristown South

Horrible ! Sheets never changed despite claiming every 3 days would change . 2 towels regardless how many people and those 2 towels will not get changed out ! Thin bedspreads with stains obviously not washed in months ,no blankets, pillows worn out long ago . Sheets stained ,tears . No housekeepers to collect trash , vacuum carpet that still has trash in floor from previous people in room , dust 1/4 inch thick beside tv , behind lamps. Pillows worn out long ago, the free breakfast consist of 1 hard granola bar , no coffee, no juice unless you bring your own , the coffee in the room stay away from it's been there so long it's stale! Rude desk clerks that think they don't need customers to keep the place open . There are 4 hotels within feet and sight that not only charge less but actually have housekeepers and give good service line hotels are supposed to . If you want a clean room and expect service to your room that you are paying for and a breakfast that is not an old granola bar don't stay at this one . Obviously the wyndom name now stands for filth and no service! This is always the most expensive hotel on booking sites with the worst rooms .

Pros: The stay was enjoyable, James was very helpful. The room was nicely setup. Cons: The TV viewing options needs improvement. Also, if you bring a pet it cannot be left unattended. It was never mentioned and the woman at the check in desk was extremely rude over the fact the dog barked when he heard noises in the hall. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

The room was dirty the sheets had stains on them the pillow slips was discolored. The male staff behind the counter was rude. I was packing my stuff up and he told me I had to leave right now cause it was past check out time I told him I was getting my stuff together he said he was going to call the police on my honky ass. Which is extremely racist. I don't suggest anyone to stay here cause they don't know how to treat people.

Stayed there for a few weeks. Yeah there isn’t really any kind of breakfast, but is a few places extremely close. Rooms I stayed in was pretty huge. Internet was beyond spotty. Had quite a few issues with my phone as well. The beds I had were very comfortable and clean. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping seemed to be one very busy lady. Could the place use a facelift? Yeah, but it is a good clean room.

Room not made up 2nd day, no fresh towels, or condiments. Airfreshener had worn off and now room smelled smoked in. One of the cover sheets had a cigarette burn hole in it. Light blanket had a tear hole in it Late afternoon desk clerk very unsupportive, didn’t apologize for being overlooked by housekeeping, wouldn’t give me a new room, and handed me a stack of sheets and towels. I asked for manager and he was not on duty, or the next morning upon checkout. . Very unhappy with this Super 8, owned by Wyndom Hotels. Also unhappy with breakfast, or lack thereof.
