Best Western Plus Morristown Conference Center Hotel

Some bad reviews, I didn’t see what they saw😳 We are BW premier customers, we stay at many BW hotels. Check-In and Out was easy. Front desk clerks are engaging! Breakfast was better than most BW’s, nice yogurt machine:) Good variety of products:) Room came off clean:) Quiet night:) Nice bed and pillows:) Hot shower water and good pressure! Love BW towels:) Large breakfast area:) Our room was large:) Did NOT see an out-dated-hotel as others said😳 I will stay here again when passing through!

This was a very good stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Quality of the bed was very good. The breakfast area was great. The food selection was good and the area was kept very clean. The breakfast attendant did a nice job. I will definitely return to this location. Thanks!

Clean, spacious, comfortable and warm. The price was better than some other nearby hotels but the cleanliness and comfort was on par with them. Breakfast was eggs and potatoes with other offerings like cereals and waffles. Bed and shower were very good

This is an old hotel in need of repair, the room was generally clean, but had an odor. The faucet was not working properly in the shower and the doors to the halls are old and taped up/not secure for guests. It was fine for a one night stay but I would advise finding another option, for the price it was not adequate.

Don't stay...Filthy Dirty, rude staff, entrance doors were duck taped unlocked! Anyone could enter the hotel, so it felt very unsafe! Can't believe this hotel meets Best Western Plus Standards! Decided not to eat breakfast...just wanted to leave!
