The Westin Memphis Beale Street

The hotel staff was awesome from the front desk to the valet. The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful during check-in and check-out. I would like to give a special kudos and a big thank you to Valet Manager H. Brown for his exceptional services and kindness during the visit.

I'm so impressed with my recent hotel stay! The location was perfect, and the hotel itself was even better than I'd hoped. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Derrick at the bar made some great drinks and was enjoyable to talk to. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Good service and the location is right off Beale st. No breakfast is included. Get a room opposite Beale st otherwise you will listen to music until 1am. I self parked in the next door garage for $18. You use an app to pay. We had two ebikes locked up on the back of the car and they were still there the next morning so the garage seems reasonably secure.

Waited 2.5 hours to get checked in. No apology. If you have anything planned for the night you check in BEWARE. Do better Marriott, we have usually had a decent check in experience. My husband has stayed at this hotel years ago, but it must have really gone downhill.

Traveled 4.5 hours to watch the Memphis grizzlies play. The hotel is directly across from the stadium. Arrived at 3:30 pm, was told our room would be ready at 5:00 pm and they would call when ready. At 5:50, after waiting, I got back in line, and there was a room. This was aggravating. I am guessing since the San Antonio spurs were staying in the hotel, it made rooms difficult to get. The general manager was kind enough to refund a large portion of our points for our troubles. The location was great and the staff was very friendly.
