La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Downtown

We managed to check in little early which was great. Staff were very friendly and gave us some food recommendations too. The room was clean, tidy and a comfy bed. Plenty of storage and bathroom was good size. Nice amenities too. Breakfast was good, something for everyone and plenty of it. Location was perfect, a quick walk to Beale street. Free parking was great and lots of it. Only downside is our room was at the front near the main road so at night it was rather loud, and there was a light shining right into our room which was soooo annoying.

This is a great location near Beale Street and Arnold's BBQ. We walked to see The Peabody, the church with a slave ship in its ceiling inside, the home of the Grizzlies, and many bars and music venues. I wouldn't hesitate to park at Central BBQ and The National Civil Rights Museum/Lorraine Motel and drive back to LaQuinta.

Spent one night on our way to New Orleans. Location was within walking distance of Beale St. which was great for us. Hotel was clean. Parking was convenient. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Would definitely stay again if in Memphis.

Nice hotel. Stephanie checked us in and was friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was very clean if a little loud. Breakfast was good and great coffee! Beds were comfortable but didn’t care for the pillows. Might be advisable to bring your own.

Excellent location - easily accessible to Beale St and other local attractions. This property and the rooms are kept very clean. Super friendly staff that accommodated our early check in request. The one thing that needs improvement is the breakfast - it is the same thing every day. Plain scrambled eggs and sausage ( along with other continental staples - cereal, bagels) - it would be great to have bacon, omelettes or fried eggs The coffee was good
