Reserved room w 2 QUEEN beds. They only have double beds. Booked here over Peabody specifically for that reason (travel w old kids). Most rooms smell like fried food. Hotel in a VERY rough/unsafe corner of town. Dirty, no overnight parking.

The ventilation system had a problem. Smelled like I was in the kitchen and got worse at dinner time. Staff tried to relocate to another room but nothing was available since there are only 50 some rooms in hotel. Clean rooms. Close to every thing down town. There was no valet parking as advertised.

Hotel Napoleon offers a great location, convenient (paid) parking, a hot shower, and comfortable bed. The blackout curtains were nice to be able to sleep in but also look out at the street view. What wasn't great was the worn and dirty carpet in the room and in the hallway. It's time for hotels to lose the carpet!

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! Rooms are really nice and clean! The staff is outstanding! Rocky really made my stay very memorable and special! Shout out to John as well, he was very nice and friendly. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend this place. Photo attached is my departure photo with Rocky!

A lovely place to stay in Memphis, Tennessee. The location is very convenient and the hotel is beautiful. Our concierge, Rocky, was incredibly hospitable; helped us plan our night out on Beale St with his recommendations and was very generous and friendly.
