This hotel is TERRIBLE and !!! And they called me pathetic??? Sadly couldn't give 0 stars. Firstly, they didn't get my booking because they misspelled my last name. We called to confirm it and SIMON (who lied and said his name was David) got angry and said he'd completely cancel the reservation. He also still refused to send me a confirmation email when I was driving 3 hr to the hotel - not knowing if I'd even have a reservation or not. Then, when I got there the shower didn't work. This was a huge. inconvenience being Bonnaroo weekend and I didn't want to pack up all my stuff to switch rooms at 3 am. They also have a policy you can't take pictures of the hotel which I thought is very strange and seems they want to hide how dirty the hotel truly is. The hotel TOLD ME they'd issue a partial refund for the inconvenience, when I called Simon lied and said he already issued a refund and said "You really should get a life because you are a pathetic person. I was going to say it to your face when you checked in but you really are just pathetic." Felt very uncomfortable around this man as a younger woman. For context, I am a woman in her 20s being called pathetic by an elderly man....very strange and inappropriate.

Not sure where to start! The ladies at the front desk were awesome and tried to make things right! Which is more than I can say for Simon! Nastiest motel I have ever seen! Cockroaches dead and alive! Cigarette butts in the toilet in a non smoking room! Blood on the Bed hid with the sheet, blood in the carpet blood splatter on the wall! Bath tub and sinks stopped up. Blood and hair on the range hood! I have stayed a lot of places in my travels, this is by far the worse place I have ever been! No tv signal. No internet signal! When I talk to the owner about some reimbursement he more or less said too Bad!!!!!!

The room was dirty, Towels were not clean they had stains on them. When we got up in morning there was cockroaches all over the bathroom. The Continental breakfast that I thought we were going to have consisted of an egg biscuit and coffee or orange juice.

Room 314 had bed bug staining and live bugs Location perfect, price jutmst right, staff friendly, prompt, and helpful. Environment so so some drug addicts looking for Jessica who was not at work today. Cops were doing random drive by and ended up doing a car search and cop told me it was normal to have this happen at this hotel. Hotel had bed bugs in room 314 on mattress, live bugs and staining from being there a while

This 3star (?!) "hotel" it's a joke, dirty rooms, bugs everywhere, pool without water, awful smell at lobby, suspicious people everywhere, rude lady at front desk, hidden fees, etc...don't even think about this horrible place.
