Hot water was good and bed was ok considering wine influenced sleep. Room had a smell....musty ???? Toilet seat was so loose that we were afraid that we might "roll" off. Needed a paint job. Stains on the couch. Shower plumbing was something that I have never seen. No chair or desk or coffee pot. Hair on bathroom floor. Kleenex dispenser was empty. Room was quite "rough". Basically a dump that was not near worth the rate that they charged....$65.00 plus taxes. We stayed here because we had no other choice......the hotel that we thought we had booked was not in Tennessee, thanks to Trip Advisor.

Nothing good to say about this hotel at all. The rooms were so gross I held my children and walked right back out. Stains that looked like semen on the ground, used toilet paper on the ground, cigarette burns, dirty socks, etc. go anywhere but here.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Was looking for a hotel that was clean and quite. Hotel was quiet and had all the amenities in which I was looking. Staff were super friendly. Will back again and suggest my friend and family to stay at this little motel in Madisonville, TN.

12/27/17 In town for a funeral service, very cold and windy, and how disappointing to try and get some rest in such a nasty room. There was a big crack around the door where the wind just blew in. Turned the heater on high and it would shut off. The chain lock was broken so that you could not use it. The tray under the water glasses on the sink counter were filthy, never wiped off, hairs sitting in the tray. The white towels looked like they had been cleaning their vehicles. The bath mat was so worn it had see through holes. The towels were so thin you needed 3 or 4 of them. What a bad experience.

Excellent! Guest services where very helpful from having roap map, sharing the special events in the area. Hotel is with new ownershipand doing a wonderful job. I left my favorite shirt in the hotel and they where so kind to take to the Post Office and mail for me at no charge. I would definetly stay there again. Thank you Debbie Sitz
