La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Loudon

Thank you Scott and Tyler! Hands down the most personable and professional hotel staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They went so far above and beyond customer service to take care of me during my stay that I’ll be reaching out to their GM to thank them for taking such excellent care of their customers. The hotel is nice and bright and new, rooms were clean and well appointed and the breakfast was yummy as well. Five stars all the way!

On business , got to hotel at 10 pm 2/5/25 and given room 123 . Pulled back the comforter to find a large amount of black hair and soiled sheets that looked like you know what. Front desk guy made it sound like $85.77 but rang up $ 187 WOW this is such a rip off !!! this is a po dunk town really insane. I ask for a discount after finding the bed condition and he said that won't happen. Is that because this is owned by Patel who owns all the hotels everywhere . STAY AWAY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Easy on and off I 75 south. Rooms were clean, check-in was fast and easy and all the staff were friendly and smiled while they were helping us which sometimes today is not the norm. Breakfast is fresh and hot. Will definitely be staying here when traveling in this area.

Everything was great. Definitely will be staying again. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Easy checkin and out. Will recommend to my family and friends. Pet friendly which is awesome because my cat stays nervous and he was very comfortable here.

We highly recommend this LaQuinta Inn in Louden, TN. Our 2022 SUV began acting up and became undrivable on I-75 as we were commuting from Michigan to Florida.. Luckily we managed to putter into the LaQuinta parking lot and secure two of the last rooms available. We were exhausted and frazzled and greeted and welcomed by a kind receptionist. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. We enjoyed a good night's sleep before kicking it into high gear the next morning! We had a hot, tasty breakfast with something to like for the three of us. Tyler, morning front desk associate, helped with recommendations for towing and a cab into Alcoa, the nearest Hyundai dealership. Due to it being a Saturday, we were fortunate to time all the moving parts to arrive to pick up a rental car in Alcoa before closing at 12:00. We appreciate Tyler and his team for the welcome, calming and relaxing experience. Tyler went above and beyond to ensure we had a safe, reliable plan. Thank you!
