Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lebanon

Pretty much a typical 10-15 year old small town Fairfield. Staff was really friendly. Property was clean and in good condition. Lots and lots of road noise from I40 if you’re on the wrong side of the building. The property is really close to the highway. There were many cars broken into one night during our stay at not just this property but multiple other properties in the vicinity and friends that were victims were told this isn’t really uncommon by local police. Bring your valuables inside.

Continental breakfast was being served and there were no plates to eat on. You could tell the staff was frustrated. One of the girls, (tall, young, dark hair) went out of her duties to go to the store and bring back plates for the guests to use. Whoever is doing the ordering should really pay more attention to detail. The girl who went to the store and brought plates back saved the day and showed that she really is professional and cares about her guests experience during their stay.

Worst place we ever stayed. We stayed April 2024. The bed was like sleeping on concrete both my husband and I are hurting this morning from the bed. The showerhead barely put out water. Shower was full of mold. We stayed on 1st floor by the outside door. Everytime the door opened it slammed and woke us up. We kindly let the front desk know but she didn't seem to care at all. We don't mind spending money on things worth it but this place was not worth 170 for the night. Disgusting

We were late in arriving from our trip from viewing the eclipse. The front desk staff greeted us with a friendly smile and the room was clean and orderly. We had our dog and the grassy place for her to use was very nice. The 4 stars only reflect the breakfast as the scrambled eggs were dry and overcooked. I happen to really enjoy scrambled eggs when traveling.

Overall great stay as we were there less than 12 hours. Hotel looks new from the exterior. Room was comfortable with no issues. Parking was easy. Very good breakfast options. Did not like the fancy waffles due to texture. Prefer the make it yourself waffles. Would stay again.
