Red Roof Inn PLUS & Suites Knoxville West Cedar Bluff

Well at first we had several issues with the room but they were at first resolved by Sherry the night front desk manager and completed by Regina the daytime Front desk Manager. Both Regina and Sherry have been extremely helpful and have addressed all our issues. The hotel is nice comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Excellent breakfast cooked by a very friendly man named Irvin. I would highly recommend this hotel! In fact my brother and his wife were staying at another Red roof inn and decided to move to this one on West Hills.

This hotel is fantastic! I stayed here twice for more than two weeks each time when my husband had surgery and it was exceptional! Immaculately clean in rooms (both times), hallways, lot and lobby. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms with all the amenities to make a long term stay comfortable. The property was in excellent condition and smelled clean and fresh. It is a quiet hotel day and night in a very safe area close to Kroger, Starbucks, laundry, great restaurants and both Parkwest Hospital and Patricia Neal Rehab Center. The full Breakfast was well stocked and delicious every day and the compassionate and capable Sherry at the front desk is incredible! The whole place is run with efficiency and kindness that define good hospitality. I plan to come back several times as he needs additional surgery and this is the only place I would even consider staying in Knoxville. This hotel is exceptional and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well maintained good night sleep. Keep up the great work Sherry and all the amazing staff at Cedar Bluff! You made a stressful time in our life so much easier and made me feel like I was home when I stayed there. This place is truly exceptional in every way. Thank you for all you do to be the very best!

This is the nicest hotel for the best price in Knoxville, Tennessee.. Sherri, who works? The front desk is so sweet and always is very helpful. And the hotel rooms are so clean and nice there is a Jacuzzi tub and breakfast. I've stayed here a whole bunch. And I love it every time I come in town I feel so welcome. It feels like my second home when i come in town. The house Keeping staff does such a good job because there is never anything out of place.It always looks good

The rooms were so clean and everybody working there is so great especially Sherry she always makes sure we are taking care of and is super nice and I is always at our service anytime we need her it is the best hotel in Knoxville I recommend it 100%

Actually stayed here…last December. What a nightmare. Doing an update to warn people so they don’t end up like us!!! First room … mattresses were totally covered in pet stain on sides and top of mattresses. Also had black hole-in middle. Got in bed and smelled the funk through the sheets. Mattresses should have been in landfill. Told desk lady and she blamed house keepers! Moved us down a couple of rooms. Couldn’t check those mattresses due to total enclosures. Woke up early and got home late. When I went to put on my pjs.. there was a live bed bug on it. We put it in a baggie. Meanwhile while in there it laid a bunch of eggs. I notified hotel and told them not to rent those rooms. Called heath department. They came.. saw mattress in 1 st room… also saw bed beds on it. Found more bedbugs in room we were moved to. I have documents from health department as manager denied bedbugs. Anyhow we ended up with a bunch of hitch hikers that cost us over $700 thus far. Once you get them in your home they breed and can go a year without feeding. We still don’t know if we got them all!!! I had bites weekly all over my body. Washed and dried what I could. Had to toss stuff.. got terrible anxiety and PSTD from stress. The whole upstairs was infested. Please heed my warning…DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I don’t understand how they got trip advisor award. Heath department told me they had many bed bug complaints. Read my review from last year for pictures!!
