Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville Downtown

Came to Knoxville to explore and had an amazing stay. The front desk supervisor, Shira, was very welcoming, kind and helpful. She provided many great recommendations and resources. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to others.

Best staff! Best breakfast! Best rooms! Anytime we’re in Knoxville we will be back. Their parking is $25 a day but so worth it. Also great snacks and drinks in the suite shop. Small pool but it met our needs. My kids love this place!! Staff is so kind!

A warm welcome at the front desk when we arrived. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very pleasant. We ran a fan in the room and were not bothered by downtown street sounds. They leave ear plugs in the room if you need them. The hotel was convenient to everything downtown. We will use the Hampton when we return.

My visits to this hotel are job related. I'm in Knoxville one day a month and have been doing so for the past 3 years. I've stayed here thirty or so times. I've always had a wonderful experience as long as your room doesn't face the street. That's the key. And parking can be a little sketchy. Other than that the rooms are great, the staff is incredibly friendly and it's a good value. But may I suggest a better quality coffee service at breakfast.

The beds were uncomfortably hard and the shower was slightly warm at best. I had goosebumps trying to wash my hair. It was very frustrating. I won’t be staying again. I prefer hot showers and a softer bed. Plus, parking $25 a night. What a rip off.
