Days Inn by Wyndham Knoxville West

Horrible service, mirror on wall was broken on ground, Roaches and even with my platinum status it was pulling teeth to get a late check out (11:30!!!!). I will NEVER stay here again. Had I not used my points, I would have definitely requested a refund. DO NOT recommend

This hotel is horrible horrible and horrible!! After checking in the frint desk worker yelled at me because I couldn’t find my room. Once I made it, the room was a disgrace and a safety hazard! The tv was not working so we called the maintence guy on duty and after trying to turn it on several times he said he was surprised because the rooms had just been renovated 😳 We were exausted and crashed. Next morning I found bugs in the tub, showerhead held by duct tape, the blowdryer cord wrapped with a nasty yellow piece of plastic and the extention cord that had the ac unit plugged into that has seen better days and it was covered is something that hadn’t been cleared for a looong time. I was shocked! We checked out and grabbed an apple (the only thing available for the “breakfast included” deal😳) and a coffee. Shocking thing is that they put a $100 hold on your c/c for damages!!

The staff at this hotel are scamming people straight off the street. They will charge an outrageous price knowing damn well the rooms are all missing things they are supposed to come with. When you book online the rooms go for 60-70 dollars. I was charged 150 a night for more than 3-4 days in a row. At one point out of the blue I was charged 250 dollars for 1 night. I was asked to give sexual favors for a discount on my room! I obviously did not take the young man up on his offer. Just go somewhere else to stay, that's what I would do if I would've known that this place and its employees were going to be this way towards their guests.

Room was extremely dirty. Didn't want to sleep under the covers. The box spring mattress had terrible stains all over it.

Not pleased with pest lingering. Made it hard to sleep. Yet did not want to leave anything in room to contact any bugs in belongings. No trash cans were in room anywhere. And dead pest throughout the room.
