Americourt Extended Stays

It’s really scared me, this is a very dirty motel, filthy dirty inside and outside both, scary people like zombies walking around. Just stay away and never come to this place. Shame on management, who reached this terrible bottom point. Never come back.

The description online must be for another hotel. Homeless and druggies were everywhere. It was dirty and they offer absolutely no services. The front desk crew was talking about guests not paying their " rent" on time, and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Thankfully, neither the room or the rate we were quoted was available, because this place was disgusting. Corporate needs to do an unannounced inspection, and the health department should cite them for unsanitary conditions. So glad not to have used this hotel.

This place is awful we made reservations we arrived around 9pm and the lady at the desk was hateful as can be then next thing we know she told us get out of the lobby she wasn't giving us a Room because she thought we had a bad attitude and never received a refund the place didn't look very safe to begin with there was a guy bumming money when you first went in the lobby there was a roach crawling across the corner in the lobby spend a little extra and go some were else you can thank me later

The room smelled of mold and everything felt dirty. I did not expect a 5-star hotel, but I did not expect a 0-star hotel. It is obvious that it has been years since anyone has done any upkeep on my room. Mold and dirt could be found on the walls and carpet.

My kids were sleeping when we got there at 10 pm after 8 hours drive, believe me you will see people wandering around and rooms without windows, this was a nightmare I had to go to the lobby to make sure it was the right hotels. We cancelled just after we told we are in the right place. Went to Holiday Inn same night. You get what you paid for true but this is worse and the hotel should be closed down immediately
