This place stinks. Never coming back here again. 1) No pool for hot days. Playgrounds old and sparse. We did see the new pool being built (positive direction). 2) Afterhours packet we received on our night we arrived gave us no handwritten directions on the map. No clue where RV spot "Lake 3" is on map. There were three sites names "3" all near a lake. "Area 1 & 2", "Phase 1, 2, 3" on map but nothing "Lake Site 3". We drove to all three sites name "3" according to the large map at the front gate and the map given to us, taking us down the treacherous rutted roads. Roads are dangerous for large 5th wheelers. Lots of uneven deep pot holes and rain water divots, huge hills, DANGEROUS! Map is super old, labeled "KOA". Or bare minimum, a staffer couldn't take 5 seconds to draw the path?! 3) We had called ahead to inquire if an envelope could be received at Natchez Trace, they said yes, for $2 each. The main entrance sign on the door says open from 8am-5pm, Mon-Thurs. No one was there at 8am or 9am. Finally at 10am was someone showed up at the main entrance building. While I waited the 2 hours for someone to arrive, a nice maintenance guy told me I could pick up my mail at the business office nearby the main entrance. I spoke with a female manager who was very upset when I asked for mail. I also told about the confusing arrival and she was disinterested. She angerly apologized about the mail but was pissed toward me like it was my fault. The male maintenance guys saved me a lot of headaches and overall they were best staff there. Not the females including the front desk staff and management. I did buy propane with zero issues, which was the only thing that was nice the whole stay. Wow.4) They give "security" codes to the park but the gates are open 24/7. They also have spike strips for opposite direction. Is the park TRYING to damage rigs? Rough park! Yes? 5)Zero cell reception. Left two days early and stayed at a cracker barrel in KY just to get away. Never again.

This was our 4th stay here. Once again it was a delightful stay. As I usually do let's start with the negatives; The only thing I would say as a negative is that the RV sites could use more leveling as once again we needed to use multiple leveling blocks to get level. Other than that we found/have no other negatives to say. Let's look at the positives; very rustic campground with lots of wooded area thought-out for walking enjoyment. Bathhouse was clean and orderly as was the laundry facilities. We enjoy this park very much and look forward to returning again.

Everything was good until we got to Phase 2 where our lot was. Roads were in bad shape and need of repair. Several ruts and wash outs caused our motorhome to shift side to side. Roads from the state road past the office and to the first T were in great shape. Roads from the T to Phase 2 need attention in some areas.

Beautiful campground no t mobile but AT&T cell was good. Affordable WiFi was offered and worked great for tv streaming. Awesome dog park. Very hilly but drains well with rain storms. Nice park rangers. Hour and a half to Nashville. Mini golf was decent.

I hate it. We were assigned a "deluxe" site that was way far from deluxe. All squeezed between other campers, in a corner, and unlevelled muddy site. The pic-nic table was wrotten, useless. No fire pit. 3,50$ for a laundry, that is way mire Ryan other campground.
