Candlewood Suites Goodlettsville Nashville an IHG Hotel

I came in with moderate expectations and left a new fan of this hotel. They clearly pay attention to detail and care about the quality of the customer experience. They introduced me to concept of the “Lending Locker” (brilliant) and everything I needed for a comfortable 2-night, frustration-free stay was provided. Thank you, management and staff for breaking the code and getting this one right!

Friendly staff and clean facility, including guest rooms. It's about 20-30 minutes from downtown, but as you head north and east of downtown, you need to go this far to get to a nicer area where crime / vehicle vandalism is less of a concern. This neighborhood is very well kept and the hotel itself is well maintained. Beds are comfortable and the amenities are nice. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you have a family. There's plenty of room & the kitchenette is nice. Staff is very helpful & welcoming. This establishment is also very CLEAN! We didn't have a single complaint about anything! Very nice.

After my finance's Uncle passed away we made a trip to visit with his Aunt and cousin. The reason for us picking Candlewood Suites is that it was pet friendly (over 50lbs) and that is was close to his Aunt and Cousin. We found the staff to be very pleasant. I checked on my app on my phone and went to the desk and Melissa gave me our room key!! She was pleasant and let me know of all amenities that the hotel provided. She also put us on the ground level which was great since we had our fur baby with us, this made it convenient when we had to let him out to go pottie. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We just got a Queen Studio suite. I would stay here again for sure!

We started traveling with our dog and have used Candlewood in the past. It's nice to know what to expect. The kitchen works great because of everything they provider. Beds are comfortable and there is room to branch out too. What I like is their outdoor patio area which we have used in the past, not so much this trip. Trust me, some of the places we have stayed at on this trip were so questionable, at least you know what to expect at Candlewood Suites.
