I took my granddaughters for a short stay for spring break. I've stayed (and worked) at so many places in the Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge area. As far as view, service and amenities go, this place was, without question, my favorite hotel! We were on the top floor with THE BEST perfectly centered view of Gatlinburg I think you could possibly find from anywhere! Night & day it was gorgeous! I definitely want to thank Ronnie at the front desk! He was amazing! Wonderful service from him & each person we spoke with was much appreciated! The 1 & only thing I would change is a hot tub with actual jets...theirs is a big bathtub with jets seemingly for appearance only. No pressure, no bubbles, no water movement...just warm water. Otherwise, everything else was GREAT! Thank you all so much!

Room was clean, bed sheets soft, and shower nice. Staff were excellent. First night was an A. Second night the winds came. The building whistled all night long. Sounded like cars racing the streets below. Asked staff and I was told, it was a round building and did whistle. If you know it, tell me upfront and give me some earplugs at a minimum, so C- on second night.

Ok hotel,nice view from my balcony,bathroom to small for me,said thay had breakfast bar,didn't have it,so ate from regular menu,our room was about a 7,big hotel,food was ok,about a 7,price was high for this older hotel,would I go back,probably not

I understand that some guests may find the property a bit outdated, and maintaining high standards can be challenging when the hotel is busy. However, I will always choose this hotel over a brand new one elsewhere. The stunning views, excellent room service options, the fantastic pool with a water slide, convenient trolley service to town, and its proximity to the national park make it truly exceptional. If you're seeking a pristine, brand-new experience, this might not be the perfect fit. But for me, the location and the level of service surpass any other hotel I've encountered.
