Unfortunately this particular hotel, although newer than the Hampton by Hilton, was a total disappointment. The staff is very kind and helpful but upon arrival to our room, I noticed a ziplock bag filled with a white substance in the garbage. The manager did come in and remove and it turned out to more than likely be sugar, but it really could have been something dangerous. This lent me to believe that the room had not been cleaned even though there were 'maybe' fresh linens and towels. The Linens themselves were very thin and we were freezing all night since the AC never turns off no matter what the temperature is. I appreciate the fact that they are trying to eliminate mold issues, but Clorox will go a very long way to correct that and proper cleaning will help. On a positive note, it is a very cute hotel for children and even a pool table for adults. Breakfast was ok considering we have an egg shortage. : ( and like I said, the staff was very good

The breakfast was standard for a Hilton brand hotel, offering a variety of options including three types of orange juice, milk, cereal, pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, sausage, three cheeses for omelets, yogurt, toast, and bagels. The bed and desk/chair were comfortable, allowing me to work efficiently after leaving the office. My only complaint about the room was the dark color scheme. I needed more light and had to reposition the existing lamps to reflect off the white walls. Additionally, the shampoo scent was a bit strong for my preference. But overall great stay and price. Thanks

Live staging at Tru locations because they are comfortable, reasonably priced and have some great amenities. The desk staff was very helpful with dining recommendations… Waldo’s Chicken and beer was perfect! The room was comfortable and clean and we slept well. We always appreciate the water bottle filling stations and filled our water bottles for our trip. The breakfast however was disappointing on this stay… neither of the two pancake machines was working, the bread was hard and dried out from the bread box and the toaster after two runs through simply warmed it. I glanced at the settings and they were on high for top and bottom and about half way between light and dark. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and sitting in a lot of moisture, the sausage was dried out and the hard boiled eggs were nearly impossible to peel or crack open - extremely hard boiled I guess. The tea selections were great and the coffee was fresh and hot. We decided on a banana and coffee. The couple sitting next to us expressed their disappointment as well. The complimentary breakfast is always an added amenity which is very much appreciated but today was not as much. We are Hilton Diamond members and stay quite often at Hilton brand hotels so we have other locations to make the comparisons. Outside of the breakfast, we were pleased with our stay.

Just a one night stay, Visiting area for a Christmas market Very nice and clean hotel. Looked brand new, but is not. Our rooms were very clean, great bath products, very nice and ample supply of towels. Basic services, but all good. Staff wonderful!! Everyone we talked with was helpful and kind. One lovely female employee even left the warm lobby desk to go outside and take a pic of our group. Free Breakfast, but we did not dine there due to wanting to go to a local breakfast place. No bar, but they do sell wine and beer and other items in the lobby. Merry Christmas.

THE TOTAL OPPOSITE OF LUXURY. WILL NOT STAY AT ANY TRU EVER AGAIN after this stay. In my book, the basics of expected hotel features are that you have a safe place to stay and things work as expected. You don't get extra points for that. I can't believe Hilton would associate their name with a hotel of this level... The rooms in this hotel have NO CLOSETS & NO DRAWERS for your belongings. If you like SMALL rooms and having to live out of your suitcase or look at all of your belongings hung on the walls or strewn about, then you'll love this place. Have you ever stayed at Pop Century or one of the budget hotels at Disney? This is what that's like, minus Mickey. It's like it's for kids (the pool table in the lobby was being used 24/7), but I can't imagine a family sharing one of these cramped rooms and all the JUNK you'd have out in the open. It drove me crazy just looking at my stuff, and I travel with my clothes on hangers. The shower head is SO HIGH that by the time the stream gets to your head, the spray is so wide there is no pressure. And don't even get me started on the HORRIBLE TOWELS! Scratchy and flat. It was like exfoliating my body just to dry off. I don't know what you'd call the thing on top of the bed. It's not a comforter, not a duvet cover... it's weird and uncomfortable. The two somewhat "positive" parts for us was that they had hot tea available 24/7 an on check in & I got 2 bottles of water and 2 bags of popcorn because I'm a Gold level member, but it's worth noting that there is NO coffee pot or maker in the room. if you want to have to get dressed every time you want to have coffee or tea, this is your place. Also, even though the thermostat is on the wall, the AC unit is one of those circa 1976 units on the bottom 1/3 of the wall under the window. So weird. Nope. Nopity Nope; never again.
