Towneplace Suites by Marriott Franklin Cool Springs

This is a nice hotel, quiet despite closeness to highway and it seems newly renovated. The room was clean, towels plush. The only thing I did not like too much were the mattresses. They were a bit to soft for my taste. The breakfast selection was great!!! And the closeness to the mall allowed a stroll after dinner.

They say it's all newly remodeled. Not for long the wearing of the place is showing itself and it's not a good look. Room was clean just not under the bed found old food just gross. Then they recycle there room products meaning that they just leave the unused items in there for the next guess. however that never work when you have a severe peanut and tree nut allergy. There is no sharing or reusing ever. Then the room phone did not work, they replaced it only for it not to connect to anything not even the front desk. Who i could call to complain that there was running and stomping happening in the room above me since 5:52 am. This place seems to have a lot of very young kids staying so be prepared with the thin floors to hearing them running & stomping and very early as they wake up early. Then the management sure doesn't have good customer service. Just because you talk calmly and smile doesn't mean you addressed the issue. It does mean that make you a not good manager. If you want to stay here for some reason do it ASAP because by next year this place will be garbage.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I had around $250 worth of clothes stolen by housekeeping out off the closet in my room. It’s now AUGUST and I still haven’t gotten any type of apology or reimbursement for my missing items. I’ve called many times and have been told everytime that the “manager” will call me (nobody has ever given me a call back). Definitely the most unprofessional and shady hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will continue trying to call to get my lost items.

I chose this hotel for its location. I arrived early and was fortunate to be greeted by Sonya. She was very helpful and personable. My check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean. My stay was uneventful. I appreciated the covered parking area. Overall, it was a good stay.
