Residence Inn by Marriott Franklin Berry Farms

Excellent 3-night stay all around! Clean and functional studio. Really liked the kitchen layout with a counter between the 'living' area and kitchen, very usable. The large TV that swiveled for either 'bedroom' or 'living' area was very useful when bedtimes were different times. Breakfast was very good each morning, with rotating fruit and hot items (no bacon though:(); it was kept well-stocked and clean. Wrestling teams filled up the hotel for two nights but we never heard noise in our room. The few items that were bothersome, but not enough to reduce the 5 star rating, were the almost useless lotion bottles which were very hard to get lotion out; the shower opening was such that it was difficult to keep water from getting on the bathroom floor; and the heating/cooling fan blew on one sleeping side of the bed.

I attended a 3-day training event with Chad Michael, and the experience exceeded my expectations! Ms. Trish and Ms. Natalie at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail and genuine care for each attendee made a lasting impression. The entire staff created an environment that was not only professional but also warm and inviting. I can’t wait to return for future events and support this amazing team again. Thank you for such an exceptional experience—it truly stands out!

We stay in Nashville and Franklin often, but just discovering the Berry Farms area. The Residence Inn was our choice for a 3-night Christmas getaway, and we were not disappointed. We had a 1-bedroom suite, and it felt like an apartment. The layout of the suite is very thoughtful and accommodating. Full kitchen and lots of storage and seating space made our stay very enjoyable and we never felt “cramped” like you usually do in a hotel room. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was in a quiet location (bring your walking shoes & walk around the cute neighborhood behind the hotel), extremely clean spaces, comfortable bed, hard working staff, large rooms & kitchen. Nothing to complain about. We were close to downtown Franklin & short drive to all that Nashville has to offer, but away from all the traffic and crowds. Great job, Marriott! Would stay here again!

Stayed four days. Hotel is in great location. Check in was very easy, nice front desk staff. Very clean room had well equipped kitchen. Room was nice size. Housekeeping was every other day which was not a problem for us. The only issue was bathroom has no hooks to hang towels or robes.
