Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

This hotel was such pleasure to visit. The room was quiet!, comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast may be the best I’ve had, ever. Breakfast burritos were yummy! All staff were friendly and helpful. Good parking, easy access of the highway. There’s a nice biking / walking trail nearby presumably made by Nissan which is next door to the hotel. Take a right out of the hotel and you’ll run into it on the right. Super great value!

Nice hotel close to the office for work. Hotel is in good condition but has some tear and wear inside the rooms. Bed was amazing, hot showers, if you wake a bit late, water might be a bit cold probably from everyone showering. Breakfast options are good however they take a while to replenish with hot food. Juices, yogurt, fruit, eggs, breakfast tacos, bread, some hard bagels, oatmeal and cereal. Heater/fan was really noisy so turned it off all week during my stay. Extra blanket on the closet so wasnt cold at all. Thanks will come back.

Heading back home after Christmas and stayed one night here driving through. Room was ready earlier than expected. I didnt get the room or floor that I picked on the app. I was a bit bummed by that as we had a lot of stuff to drag around but the room was large and clean. Everything worked. Hotel was quiet. We asked for extra towels and did not get those so I had to go without a shower. I know nothing is guaranteed when asked, but I do not understand why when I say Im getting a room for 6, that we only get 4 towels. There are just some things that need to be corrected. YHes I could go down 8 floors and get more towels but I had been on the road since 4am and was getting back on the road at 4 am, I really needed to get the kids a bath and just go to bed. Please look at requests that are done on the reservation and honor them so that we do not have go down and correct things or go without. That is my only real complaint. Ample parking, a bit difficult to get to with Google maps. Quiet, safe area.

Heading back to florida after christmas..Staff was excellent..Room was very clean and comfortable and quiet...Went to the Gym standard but clean and worked out well..Pool very cloudy but full of people anyway.Breakfast was at 7AM and there was no coffee available till then..Kinda surprising...Breakfast nothing special but OK I guess...

We stayed here for a conference in Nashville and were really impressed overall. The front desk were always available for questions or help and were friendly. The facilities are well maintained. Everything looked clean in our room. The only con was that we arrived to a room that had no hand soap for the sink and an empty shower gel bottle in the bathroom. The shower drain was also very clogged when we arrived. When these problems were addressed with front desk, it was taken care of promptly. We would still recommend this hotel to others. It is out of Nashville so plan on a drive/Nashville traffic to get downtown.
