Hampton Inn Dandridge

Did not have a reservation. Hotel was easy to get to and prices at the hotel matched what was listed online. Hotel was very good, friendly staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Only complaint was the lack of a fan in the bathroom.

We stayed here as part of a wedding block of rooms. We worked with Brooke as we wanted to host a college football watch party on Saturday as part of the festivities. We used the onsite conference room and all was perfect - working with Brooke was so easy..... we also had a tremendous maintenance manager, Bob, who made sure everything worked great for us. The front desk staff was EXCEPTIONAL! actually everyone was exceptional - it was a GREAT stay. The folks there could not have been better to everyone in the wedding block. It is a well run hotel and the people do a great job - i would recommend this place for ANYONE who wants a worry free stay at a newly renovated hotel close to UT campus. Thank you to all at the hotel.

Friendly staff (especially Donna), exceptionally clean & comfortable hotel and room was amazing! Reasonably priced. Great location. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. Best sleep I had in days! Would highly recommend!

When you meet wonderful people who are dedicated in the service ondustry, you MUST recognize them! I was passing through, made reservations here, and Donna was just kind and welcoming! I'm doing a cross country transfer, and her helpfulness in making my stay comfortable was the best ever. If you're in the area, Donna and the team (yes, thank you all!) WILL take care of you! Very nice Hampton Inn. Donna took great care of us at check in even texting to be sure all was good. Hotel is being renovated, but was not an issue. A little extra cleaning in renovated rooms is advised, but nothing terrible. Ask for a room on opposite side of highway which would be the front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good and typical of Hampton Inns.
