Hampton Inn Crossville

Stayed for 3 nights, Sunday through Tuesday checking out Wednesday morning. I gt up and leaver Monday morning I tell the from desk that my room is ready to be cleaned, her reply, We don't clean therm on a daily basis. She did ask if I wanted it to be made up or just the trash taken out. I thought screw it, just take the trash out. When iI returned, all that was done was the trash cans empty, no new towels, no coffee replenished so I had to track down the chamber maids and get the packets of coffee from them. I leave Tuesday morning and comeback later that day. The bed was made, fresh towels but they left 2 empty coffee cups and an empty coke bottle. Two packages of decaf coffee were haphazardly thrown on the table and not in the tray where they should have been. Didn't even leaver packets of regular coffee like they usually have and should have done. I've been to Crossville on numerous occasions but never stayed at Hampton Inn because they were always priced so much higher than Comfort Suites which is next door. For this particular sty, the prices were very compatible so I made reservations because of all the traveling I do, Hampton Inn has always been my top choice. But, For those prices and they don't make the room up everyday? What the hell am I paying for anyways. Extremely disappointed in the quality of service. Steve A

This hotel is in a great location for Crossville. Your not at the Bucee's exit so there is no traffic here. Easy to get to town for plenty of restaurants. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did hear some freeway noise (only when the air wasn't running) since our room was facing the freeway. Not sure if you would be able to hear that on the other side of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again on our next quick weekend getaway to East Tennessee.

Booked king pet friendly room but when we checked in, were told there were no king pet friendly rooms and switched us to 2 queens. Room was small. Bathroom clean. Carpet didn’t feel clean (possibly because it was pet friendly). Evening staff friendly.

Great place with nice clean rooms this place meets the Hilton standard. The staff were awesome and breakfast was ok but hey it’s free. Our room had a great bed and for those traveling through I would recommend this place. I also felt it was a safe area.

A great hotel with great staff, clean rooms, and a safe location. I highly recommend. The staff are very kind and professional. This is one of the better Hampton Inns that I have stayed in. I stayed here for one night, but I could have stayed several nights comfortably. I used to work at a Hilton as a second job. I know a good Hilton family property when I see it. This is a great place.
