Sonesta Select Chattanooga Hamilton Place

I I got stuck in Chattanooga on a Thursday due to a truck breakdown and decided that I needed a place to stay. This seemed to be a good fit. I figured my truck would probably be In The shop for a couple of days. So i booked a couple of nights here. I paid $172.85 for the room 75 for a pet fee and there’s was another 59.19 fee for whatever reason. I got here shortly after making the reservation. And ended having to check out just three hours after I checked in. Becuase our truck had been fixed much earlier than expected. I might have been in the room for three hours before I checked out. And took my room keys up to the desk and told them what had happened and that we were checking out. Now I didn’t expect a full refund of course but they had made plenty of money off the room charge alone in my opinion and could have at least refund the pet and mystery 59.19 fee. That would have left me out of pocket for 172.85 for my three hours spent in the room. Hopefully they can be a little more far with future customers.

horrible attitude from security! me, my 3 year old brother, and my mom came to this hotel January 3rd. We were threatened by security that we would have to leave at around 11:45 ish pm due to a noise complaint. Mind you we had just gotten to our hotel maybe 15 minutes prior to this. As we tried to tell the security guard this, he continued to be very rude and a threatening tone/demeanor.

I found this hotel to be very clean. The room was large and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. The coffee was good, and the Staff was friendly. The price was perfect for my budget. I plan to stay here again. The hotel has an exercise room, which is very nice and clean. It has a laundry room. The grounds were clean and well-kept. It was extremely quiet. I hated to leave

The weekend before this I stayed at a horrible hotel, so I was nervous about this one. Fortunately I was pleasantly surprised. Check in was easy and the clerk friendly. The room was very clean and well taken care of. No complaints at all. I will definitely stay again if in the area.

NO ELEVATOR!!!! The rooms were dirty-smelled of mildew or wet dirty carpet. Sofa was stained-sheets had stains-shower curtain wasn’t big enough to cover shower so water always sprayed out into the floor. No clean towels when asked for replacements. Overly priced for softball families considering the condition of the rooms.
