It's all it's worth now. Worth a 3... is the best I can do. Room was ok. But needs updating. For a dog friendly room shouldn't have carpet. Needs a lot of improvements. Might stay else where next time. Disappointed. It's been this way for a long time too. And they don't listen to anyone to update rooms.

Doyle review There is good customer service and then there is absolutely outstanding customer service, which we experienced from Doyle P. during our recent stay at Sonesta ES Suites Nashville Brentwood!! From the moment he said hello, with his kind voice and sweet smile, we knew we were in good hands! He proceeded to go through the standard check in with professionalism and expertise. Then, upon hearing that we were here to explore Nashville and surrounding areas, he went over and above by providing a treasure trove of helpful information!! It felt like we had our own personal travel guide!! Doyle wound up being an unexpected gem to enhance our stay at the hotel!!

Let me be clear, the people at the front desk, the cleaning crew and maintenance staff who are mostly making a livable wage, are relatively good people. They work hard try their best and do what they can with what they have. So for the staff as individuals they get amazing reviews! This place is filthy, disgusting, and is fulled with non sanitary conditions and multiple ADA violations. They dont clean well, or with approved cleaning supplies, the beds are old and the plumbing is like living in a sewer. This placed is filled with long term drifters who don’t particularly prefer safety and cleanliness. The pictures they have posted are deceptive and is not a true representation of the property. The manager is dismissive, never contacted me and worked her staff to death trying to tidy things up because I had complained. I have proof of all my complaints and have opened at least 8 cases with corporate. Crickets…

Stay elsewhere unless you simply need a large living space and don't mind being in older outdated property where not all areas are updated. Bathroom outdated and has black mold. Door with "interesting" patch job. Breakfast not hood. Stock pictures must have been from years ago and breakfast not accuracy shown. No trash can in bathroom.
