Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville Brentwood

Would not stay here again. When we arrived we had to wait about 10 min to check in as no one was at the desk. When the desk clerk finally arrived, the area reeked with the smell of weed and he was a bit rude when I questioned the charges for the room. The furniture in the room was filthy and the gap between the room door and frame was wide enough for light to come thru and you could see into the hallway. Breakfast was not that great. I will say that the morning staff was very friendly as we checked out.

As the title says, this is a clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. The one bedroom suites are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in a business park, so it is very quiet at night and not near a busy street or highway. There is a Starbucks, Publix, Chilis and various other food and snacks places within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, with a selection of warm protein options (both patty and link sausage). If you plan on exploring Nashville by car, and like to stay in quiet suburban areas, the Homewood Suites in Brentwood is the perfect place to be!

We stayed 2 nights. The suite is well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is nice with a good variety of choices. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you’re there on a Wednesday the evening social is very good - soup, salad, garlic bread and beer. We had a problem with our toilet not flushing (room 346) This was dealt with promptly, but it didn’t flush properly every time. The location is good - it’s very quiet with a good grocery store nearby.

Property is in significant poor repair and extremely outdated. Island Hospitality franchise owner should be ashamed and Hilton should have pulled this franchisee long ago. Issues with stay in Suite 249: 1. 6 inch "crater" in master br floor causing trip hazard. 2. Significant settling where bathroom door will not stay shut and swings open quickly. 3. Hole in tub floor 4. Disgusting stained walls and floors 5. Paint peeling from trim 6. Grout missing and tiles cracked in bathroom 7. Clogged bathroom sink took 5 mins to drain 8. 6 different shades of light bulbs throughout halls 9. TVs are 15 years old and do not offer casting or HDMI hookup 10. Breakfast was disgusting and poor quality and taste. Even the fruit was gross!

Worst Hilton I've ever been to. They could not even be bothered to serve breakfast. If you ask for general housekeeping like toilet paper, they will make you feel like the problem. A motel6 or super 8 is better than this brand name hotel that's literally a moth infested motel. DO NOT PAY THEIR PEICE AND DO NOT STAY HERE
