Americas Best Value Inn Wall

Checking in December 26, 2024 @ 8:00pm and asked if pets were accepted. Paid for room and pet deposit and went to our room. Room was clean and the beds were a wonderful comfortable welcome after traveling 16 hours!!! It was nice to know that there was soft water for a hot shower. Room was also nice and quiet!!!! The morning of the 27 upon getting coffee and a glazed individual local wrapped donut we were given an opportunity to get breakfast at the Badlands Saloon & Grill which was open @ 07:00. I highly recommend when passing through stop in Wall South Dakota which has plenty of things to see!!!! Thank you again for your hospitality Staff of the Americas Best Value Inn!!!

Needed a place to stay on a cross country trip. Best Western was the best rated in Wall but it was closed for the season. The room was small, clean, and freezing cold when we got there. Outside entry. The fixtures and furniture were weird and ugly. A plaid couch pushed up against the door to the adjacent room and a red plether desk chair with no cushioning. Not a hanger or hook in the place. The floor was hollow, and seemed uneven, especially in the bathroom. I was used to the quality of a typical Fairfield Inn or Holiday Inn Express. This wasn't it.

This motel is located so close to badlands national park and that’s great!! I would have given this motel 5 stars but our big new flat screen TV didn’t get the local NBC station. The guy at the front desk couldn’t get it to work either. We liked the room layout and new fixtures and phone plugs.

Very expensive, just because at 10 miles from Badlands NP ! Housekeeping not done during our 2 nights stay, sticky floor in the room. Manager not able to change a remote control for the TV. Breakfast room not open for us the first morning. It was a no best value customer experience !

Stayed at this motel while visiting Badlands NP. Room was large and clean, with a huge new HD tv that really made the room feel more updated than it probably was! Staff was very friendly and offered complimentary snacks when checking in. There's no breakfast on site but they do give you a breakfast coupon that you can redeem at a local cafe (which we did not take advantage of). Not much to critique with this room, although I did note that there wasn't a grab bar or non slip surface in the shower.
