Baymont Inn and Suites by Wyndham Sturgis

Clean and quiet motel. Good location near major highway with choice of restaurants close by. We didn't visit the hotels lounge or restaurant even tho we were offered discounts there, as we had already eaten. Our handicap accessible room was "roomy". However, the bed showed signs of wear so hopefully they plan to replace them soon. We still slept well, tho. Our checkout invoice was slid under the door overnight so no need to take time to do so in the morning.

The manager Derek was friendly and helpful . Needed a late check out. Pillows were nice n fluffy. Bed was a little worn out ... But nicest place to stay in Sturgis ..... Thanks for the cozy place to stay... .................................

It was very reasonably priced. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage, cereals etc. Nice big breakfast area was exceptionally well run and very clean. The only thing that could improve this hotel would be to have 24 hour coffee and in room coffee machines and micro waves. Not sure why a big hotel like that wouldn’t have in room machines or at the very least coffee in the breakfast area for their customers… very odd. And the addition of a small micro wave.

Staff is super rude!!!!! Manager was completely unhelpful. Read previous reviews about rude staff so I was somewhat prepared, but wow! How do they stay in business?. Think twice about staying here............... ....................

We killed 4 cockroaches in our bathroom and saw some in the lobby area. We told the desk employee but he didn’t seem concerned.
