Room was clean, except did note stain on couch that I informed front desk of so I wouldnât loose my $100 incidental charge money! Front desk personnel friendly. Wasnât a fan of the breakfast which wasnât a big deal to me! Front desk was gone when I checked out had note on counter saying so!

This hotel was perfect in every way. The outside is fresh and pretty, the inside was warm and friendly from every staff member we encountered. The room was beautiful, clean and smelled so nice. The space was great with separate living areas. All the amenities were great, the bed, the TV, the clothes steamer, the shower and the window seat. The pool and laundry area were awesome as well. It was quiet, and the room temperature was easily adjusted. The room was cleaned perfectly! By far the best hotel stay in years. I will definitely make this my go to when I am in town.

Due to death in the family, I had made several reservations at a few different local hotels. This particular resv was for my son, who arrived on the 13th of February. Apon arrival, I learned from the front desk agent, I had booked the wrong dates(the following weekend). No big deal, right... WRONG! Not only was the resv. Prepaid thru a third party, being that I had several family members and rooms, my card only had so much money left on it. Instead of working with the third party to resolve this, she flat out refused anything and was quite rude to not only the person trying to assist me, she hung up on her, and turned to me and said we don't do that and I told the lady that. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. I have worked and managed at several hotels over 25 plus years and know this situation could have and should have been reconciled in a more professional way! I would not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy. Made a very difficult and emotional time worse and was quite embarrassing. Glad I didn't book all my rooms at this property. And to not have a refund or a room for my son, inexcusable.

I booked on hotel.com for 2 queen beds n a smoking room n we got 1 queen bed n non smoking room. Got into the room and very small the fridge was on the coldest setting and it was warm. We asked for a few blankets for the floor for my 13 year old and they told me we could have 1 then I get it n it's a thin blanket. I spent 146 on this room and I will never come back n don't recommend it. The pool was supposed to be heated n it's cold n the front clerk is rude. I pd for the room and they wanted a 100 deposit and I didn't even know they were gonna do it.

The staff are very friendly , helpful and pleasant! I have stayed here frequently and the rooms are always very clean and inviting!! Area is very assessable from the Interstate. If anything is needed itâs very close to shopping and restaurants !
