Comfort Suites Conference Center Rapid City

This is a Conference Center and very busy. When we were there they were booked solid with no vacancies. the pool is very small for a large Suites like this one. The room was a queen handicapped suite and very comfortable and the decor was tasteful. There were only 2 or 3 reserved parking spaces for Gold Members which is no where enough. Breakfast was fine with a good selection of foods.

Walked in to check into our room and staff wasn’t overly friendly or attentive. Went to our room and started checking beds and bathroom. Our hide a bed had bed bugs. The two queen beds were full of hair. Bathroom tub also had hair. Unknown stains on box spring. Friends room had pop sprayed all over the walls and gum on the couch. Also had hair in their beds. Filthy rooms. Between our parties we had rented 3 rooms for a weekend and left immediately.

This is a really nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is a great location for exploring the Black Hills. We had 2 rooms and spent several days and it was very comfortable to return each evening. Several good restaurants nearby.

Room was clean and big. Bed was great and plenty of room in bathroom. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Only two things was traffic noise as two major high ways meet there and the shower in our room did not work well. Over all we would stay there again.

Our room was great, staff was very friendly, the location right off I-90 was very convenient, and the total value for the cost was very good. The breakfast was as expected, but offered a nice selection of food choices and was well attended to by the staff. Would stay there again.
