Baymont by Wyndham Pierre

The staff is rude and won't listen to customer concerns. There was never anyone at the front desk. Rooms were dirty, I was there for a week and never saw housekeeping. A week after I left, they tried charging me for an extra night. Not in a safe neighborhood

Don't do it! There is a funky smell throughout the facility. Our heater/air didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work (and it was disgusting) and the sink was clogged. Said something to management, "Well, you should have asked for another room." At 11 PM...right.

No issues, room was clean. Property was clean would stay there again. Breakfast was ok..normal for most moderately priced hotels.

The staff was friendly but unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and there were stains on the bedspread. You could hear foot traffic outside of the window in addition to the vehicles that passed by. Overall, I would choose a different hotel next time.

The place was cheap and had breakfast but the rooms are not kept up very well. The room stunk bad. Beds are very bad and I usually don’t complain about beds. Rather just sleep in my pickup. The location is close to everything but there was very little parking. The employees seemed a little shady for Pierre. Hotels in Pierre are spendy but next time I will not cheap out with this one.
