Easy to get to as its pretty much right off the interstate. Best rate around at this time and just a short drive to downtown Sioux City and the Lewis and Clark Center. The hotel is what one would expect from this chain, rooms are clean and comfortable. Nothing outstanding here one way or the other and we had a good stay. Would stay here again.

Super rude front desk lady. Attitude and zero customer service skills. Will never stay here due to her. She definitely needs a job where she does not speak to people. Check in area was packed full of people drinking and vaping. Not welcoming at all nor family friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and treated us like family. Our room was very clean and quite spacious! The hotel has a great variety of grab and go munchies. Our bathroom was stocked well either extra towels and washcloths. We highly recommend this hotel!!

Maybe I'm being picky, but I rent a room for the bed. If the bed is rubbish, what is the point of the room? The the bed was a king and was virtually like sleeping on the floor. Maybe the queen beds are better. Not sure, but I won't be staying there again to find out. The rest of the room was fine, now match the bed quality to the room.

Room 213 Theresa at check in was very awesome. Very helpful. Location is an easy find just off interstate. Room was cold and spotlessly clean. Sheets and bed comfy! Bathroom clean with soft towels and good quality products. Rested very good.
