This place has REALLY gone downhill. I used to like this hotel. New owners don't care how disgusting it is. Got there on a Thursday afternoon. We were booked until Monday. Got to our room. No towels. Tried to call front desk. Phone didn't work. Went to use 1 of the 3 outside hottubs. The first one was gross and did not work. The 2nd one's heater didnt work,so water was like ice. The 3rd one was still covered in snow. No sodas in vending machines and ice machines did not work (none of them!!) Stayed that night. The so called free breakfast was laughable. I just wanted some cream for my coffee. A carton was in the fridge. Pulled it out and it was like cottage cheese. Old and gross. Milk was the same. Owner did not care when I told her. We checked out with 3 more nights. Blackstone would NOT give a refund and Expedia attempted but Blackstone refused to refund our money. Do NOT stay in this pit. Horrible

This place is so false advertised, it is terrible. It is so outdated! The bedding was NASTY. Pee and blood stains on the sheets. The reception desk is horrible and would not give us a refund. They also charged us $100 a night when online showed $45 a night. We ate the cost for the night and stayed elsewhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I travel a lot and I have my entire life as a former dog and horse show person and now a ski mom. I drive a lot. This is by far one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed. When we checked in the first room they gave us literally had semen on the walls and I have a photo which then the front desk attendant wanted me to tell her what was on the wall and I have my 9-year-old son with me. All they did was apologize and move my room. New room honestly wasn't much better. Dirty floor, gunk on the TV stand, dirty in general. I mean honestly, I pulled back the sheets and checked for bed bugs and there is some kind of cover over the mattress so who knows .This place does not get the quarterly cleaning that it's supposed to get and it's very clear. The carpets in the hallway don't look like they've been swept in a month. The elevator honestly looked like the flooring was rotting out near the door. After that kind of experience there was no way I was going to the hot tubs but there was garbage around outside. It was incredibly icy even in the handicap parking spots. It just really feels like they're taking whatever money they can get and not putting anything back into the hotel. They literally reuse the card sleeves for your door key. And while not the hotel's fault, there were people partying in the hallway at 2:30 in the morning. Very loud, giggly, laughing, having a grand old time and it woke me out of a dead sleep which I'm a pretty heavy sleeper and it didn't stop for a couple hours so that was great. Not that I called down and reported it or anything but just be aware that apparently the walls are thin ish. They do have waffles as part of breakfast and the eggs were kind of standard. I'm guessing the biscuits and sausage gravy were standard, but the sausage was in a crock-Pot and even by 6: 30- 7 a.m. were already dried out to the point that we did not eat the ends. And I have a 9-year-old right? Like he'll eat anything. He's a growing boy. Overall worst hotel experience I can think of in the last 10 years of traveling. And I don't always say at nice places. We went to the Travelodge in Spearfish for the next night and it was a million times better. No complaints there.
