Baymont by Wyndham Hot Springs

The attendant was sleeping when I got there had to pick up a phone to get him to come to front desk then he gives us a room the toilet was broken the heat didn’t work.. he tried to keep us in the sale room I insisted on a new room that was just as bad smelt the whole place pillows were so small the breakfast was so disgusting I would not eat that crap.. they are better off not even saying breakfast included no one eats that crap.. don’t stay here … place is a dump

We walked in and smelled mold. I found the source in the bathroom. Absolutely filthy. We went to a different hotel. Unfortunately we were told since its less than 24hr notice we would still have to pay first night. We were given an email we could contact but no one could talk to us on site.

Such a sad hotel we had the top presidential Jacuzzi tub suite yes it was only $77 for that night, but the ceiling was falling down in the bathroom. The floor around the Jacuzzi tub was warped and unlevel and peeling up. it was very 80s feel where there are square mirrors stuck to the walls that were very dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Our sleeping pillows were small square throw pillows. We didn’t have any Extra towels or pillows or anything in the rooms in the refrigerator. It was broken. The whole hotel smelled like dirty mop water.

I booked my reservation in advance and specifically asked if it was fully refundable. The agent assured me that as long as I cancelled by a certain date and time it was. I had to cancel four days before arrival due to illness. I called immediately. I was assured I would get a full refund. I received an email indicating I would receive a full refund. I have spoken to the agents 4 different times now each assuring me I will get the refund. All I have received is half. Each time I have been lied to. This is terrible customer service and if I had been told the truth I wouldn't have made the reservation due to us being elderly and not able to travel when ill. We really could use our additional funds back but it appears this organization is not reputable.

The place is a dump. Dirty room, mold and mildew in the showers Once we walked in we left. Do not stay here. No response on trying to get refund. The management are always unavailable. I have filed an issue with credit card company for refund. Have contacted the State Department of Health.
