Quality Inn Oacoma Chamberlain

The beds as usual in the USA are super comfortable. The breakfast was allright - you always find something better in other places but you are not going out empty stomach. A smart TV would be great or the possibilty to plug in our devices and stream. Wifi was working good. But we had a good night sleep

Front desk personnel was pleasant and helpful. Outdoor spaces were clean as was the lobby and hallway. No elevator to the second floor. Our room was nice sized and clean. Bed was comfortable. We were in the back portion of the building so quiet despite the proximity to I-90. Breakfast included waffles, hot and cold options. Fast food options nearby; 4 miles to Chamberlain for restaurants, other needs. I would stay at this hotel again.

Checked in very late, but front desk person was super friendly and easy to work with. Beds were very comfortable and unit was clean. However, the HVAC unit had been on heat setting in August, so it was very hot and took quite a while to cool down. It eventually made it comfortable, but for the first hour or two, it was not. Breakfast included waffle maker and eggs, sausage, and sausage gravy. The gravy was some of the best I've tasted in a while, but the biscuits were dried out and hard. OJ seemed watered down. Nice assortment of yogurt flavors and fruit. Coffee is apparently available all the time. It was Friday night of Sturgis so it was a little more expensive than I'm used to, but still cheaper than comparable over close to Rapid City.

This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip! The room was nice, a very comfortable bed and the breakfast was great! Waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, muffins, juice and coffee! We will definitely stay here again when we go through that area!

Absolutely terrible place. It is very dated and unclean. We asked for a pet free room but when we walked into our room you could smell pet urine. The bed felt unclean and the pillows very uncomfortable. The worst was yet to come, the breakfast they advertise had no milk for cereal and no bread for toast, the meat patties were undercooked and very greasy, in other words inedible. The so called manager, Elvis, couldn’t care less when we addressed our concerns, he completely ignored us. Do not stay here
