Days Inn by Wyndham Walterboro

Shame on you Wyndham for putting your name on this motel. While clean, the furniture was something salvaged from the garbage dump, dusty, falling apart, not even a bedside plug. Everything is so old and so dated. Way overpriced at $109 ($15 for our dog).

We Stayed overnight at days inn walterboro , SC during a transit back up north , it was an absolutely awful experience , here it goes … the reception clerk was rude and unwelcoming , the sheets had cigarette burns , blankets smelled like humidity and had dog hair on them , all furniture was used and broken , must have been over 50 years old including the bed and bedding from the 60’s , I couldnt even sleep under the sheets , thank god I had my own blanket and pillow in the car . We had only 1 shower towel each, needless to say I couldn’t wait to get out of there and hit the road .

I stay here several times a year, always satisfied, this time was different. The breakfast this time was bleak, The bananas were brown and the yogurt had expired a week prior to my stay. Not sure I will be back as there are many hotel options at this location.

Driving from Boston to Florida 15 hrs, pulled over 7-8;00 pm, went directly to bed. Woke up at 5:00 am to finish the trip. Room had bugs all over and bug bites on my wife's arm. DO NOT STAY BUGS BUGS BUGS, plus when notified the front desk from the road, they hung up on me. Remember BUGS and management did nothing

I have stayed here several times. I stay 1 night on my way to Florida to visit family & on my return trip. The bed is always comfortable, & the room & the bathroom is always clean. The staff at the front desk is always polite & helpful. They have always accommodated my needs.
