Best Western Rock Hill

In my opinion, this is an excellent hotel, very clean, quiet, with comfortable beds. It servs a great breakfast with wide variety of options. It is very easy to find, and has a very helpful staff. I consider the price to be very good value for money.

My husband, his mom, and I drove from NY to Florida and we stopped here for a night along our way. Shantel was the person working at the desk. She was so kind and helpful to us and we felt very relieved and grateful after a long day's drive. We had two rooms between us. Both of them were clean and tidy and a decent size. The breakfast they have there is quite good and offers many things to choose from. Their coffee is also very tasty. It's a better breakfast offering than a lot of places have. The woman who was working there when we went was also very nice. I did not think to ask her for her name.

Always stop here on my way back from Florida. This time Anthony was behind the desk. He was outstanding. Pleasant and responsive to any and all requests. Hotel’s ice machine was broken but he provided me with a bottle of eater for my trip back. He’s a great employee. You need to keep him.

Our 1 night stay was excellent. Extremely clean, well kept building and facilities. King bed very comfortable, shower the best. Anthony greeted us with a smile and was very gracious and attentive. We did not partake of the breakfast but looked very adequate.

We had stayed at this hotel the previous year and it was "Ok". This year it seemed much better. The pet fee was reasonable, the price was reasonable, the bathroom shower didn't back up, the towels were super nice and soft, the washcloth didn't scratch your face and even better they don't use "rest area" toilet paper. There's was of a much better quality. The matresses were firm and not over used.The breakfast bar was better than usuall for a budget hotel. There's a number of hotels in this location to choose from....ya mite just try this one. The only con was that there was two vehicles sitting in the parking lot with the engines running (it was 28deg outside) with single males in them. I'm probably too suspicious thinking they may be in an illicit business.....just me!
