The hotel was very clean.Customer service was amazing the breakfast was very good the room was clean and very comfortable. I read other reviews that were not so good but I did not experience what they're saying.I felt very safe at this hotel and very comfortable. I seen the exterminator myself while I was there.So I know they do not have roaches i did not see one the entire time I was there. My stay was 7 days. Definitely recommended

The hotel is conveniently located near the Northwood Mall. It is a very busy road, and you can find all the major hotel and restaurant chains nearby. We reached the hotel by noon, and it took them 40 minutes to check-in. I'm not sure if they were slow or what—I don't want to comment on that, but I think they could be faster. The room was clean and good. The flush sound was irritating though, and kept on whistling. The good thing was the sink was outside the bathroom and in this way, the bathroom was not blocked. 2nd day, we arrived at 11 PM and our key card was not working, I asked a simple question to the lady at reception - "What is the reason for not working" She was like- I don't have the answer! They gave us the new card but I was looking for an answer. It was a trouble, especially at that time .. Also, the next day, some homeless man was lying on the stairs- security concern? Breakfast: I won't recommend it. I won’t say it was a perfect stay, but 3/5 should do the justice. PS: it is pet-friendly

Before booking this hotel, please read about my horrific experience during my stay on November. This was by far the worst hotel stay of my life, and despite reaching out to management, I’ve received no response. 1. Cockroach Infestation: Over 30 cockroaches were killed throughout the night, yet they kept coming—crawling on the furniture, bathroom, and even the bed. Some entered my child’s belongings, adding to the nightmare. 2. Filthy Towels: Towels were stained with what appeared to be food residue and were completely unusable. 3. Overpowering Odor: One of the room reeked of a strong chemical smell that worsened after the front desk sprayed ā€œodor control.ā€ My child ended up with a headache and required medication. 4. Unhygienic Conditions: Food crumbs were found on the bed. Room 110 had water leaking from the closet, soaking part of the room. This stay caused immense stress, ruined our trip, and impacted our health. If you care about cleanliness, safety, and peace of mind, .

The place was infested with roaches. We didn’t noticed until the morning when we saw them everywhere in the nightstand and floor. There is shortage of parking space. People smoking weed openly and because the AC is getting fresh air, the smoke gets inside the room. Don’t book this hotel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA. on second thought... DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ALL!! Reserved this hotel through Expedia and prepaid for TWO rooms (Being unrelated and of different genders we absolutely required separate accommodation.) Upon arrival, we were told by the front desk that only ONE prepaid room had been booked, but they would provide a second room IF WE PAID FOR IT. Having already paid for two rooms, paying again was obviously not acceptable. Expedia Customer Service called the hotel desk and confirmed that two rooms had been prepaid, but the hotel staff would not honor the commitment. A single room was useless to us, so we were forced to continue on the road late at night. Infuriatingly, the refund received subsequently was for one room only; Expedia argued that we should have used the single room available -- presumably one of us was supposed to sleep in the car? I am disgusted with both the hotel management and Expedia after this experience. Obviously I cannot comment on the room quality, but the outside appearance of the hotel didn't correspond with the nice-looking online photo, and the lobby wasn't exactly welcoming. Definitely not recommended.
