Roach infested room. Room 133 to be exact!!!!! Management is terrible. Ac unit was leaking causing the carpet to be wet. Breakfast is nasty. Roaches were crawling all over the kitchen and bathroom floors, as well as one the counter where the tv sits. Roaches were found dead in the shower and crawling outside of the shower door. Housekeeping comes every other day, so you need to constantly go to the desk to ask for clean towels and washcloths, which is an inconvenience.

As a Hilton Diamond member, Iâve grown accustomed to a âHiltonâ standard and this is why I choose Hilton hotels. Not the case with this particular hotel. More specifically my interaction with general manager Pavi Chandraguptha. After working out in the hotel gym, I exited to the lobby to finish some business work for the afternoon. There was a pungent odor of marijuana that I noticed upon entering the lobby. Two minutes after sitting at a table with my business colleague for a meeting, I was questioned as to why I smelled like marijuana and why I brought marijuana into the lobby. As there were other people sitting around in the lobby, I was very surprised to be singled out in such a manner when nobody else in the lobby was questioned. Maybe because I am a young black male? Maybe because I wasnât wearing a suit? Iâm not sure. I advised her to look at the camera system to support my claim, as well as provided her with my room number and welcomed her to search my room to confirm her accusations. She said âWhy would I do that?â She also said that nobody had entered my room. I found out that was a lie, as my thermostat had been reduced from 73 degrees to a frosty 65 degrees. What is the purpose of having cameras if youâre not going to review the footage ? Clearly, it would be to her confirm her suspicions. Neither me nor my colleague use marijuana. Later, when I attempted to continue the conversation and explain my frustration and disappointment with her actions, I was very rudely told that she would not be speaking with me further, nor would she apologize for her accusatory behavior, as she still believed in her original claims. Very sad. AlsoâŚ.no paper in the printer. One of the computers did not work. No sanitary wipes in the gym to clean equipment after use. One of the 4 TVâs in the gym was functioning. Stains on one of the comforters. Stains on the bedroom carpet. Stains on the curtain. Stains on the shower floor. Luggage holder strap is broken. Furniture is ripped. Towels were picked up but not replaced in the bathroom, so I had to call front desk for new towels. Other than that, the stay was quite okay, and most of the rest of the staff treated me well. Chad (not sure of the name, but an older white male with blond hair), who works at the front desk in afternoons/evenings, was also rude to me.

The lobby and outside of the facility is as expected. However, we arrived to our room smelling like mold. BAD! There was an obvious repair of a sprinkler leak. All the wall paper was peeling off the walls and the carpet was disgustingly stained and likely the source of the mold odor. Despite it being colder, we had to run AC to try to dehumidify the room. Which worked mildly. There were pubes on the sink, an old proxy brush that had clearly been around a while (a dental tool) and the wash clothes were so thin and make up stained I almost barfed when I attempted to wash my face. The bed spreads (white) both had stains on them (brown and red). I do not recommend room 443, a three bed room with a separate master. The staff were nice enough and emailed the manager and we may receive a partial refund. I canât refund my sleepless night.

Wonderful experience. We travel with 2 Labrador Retrievers and the space was totally accommodating. Breakfast was great. Rooms are clean. Joe at the front desk was super. Plenty of parking and space to walk the dogs safely. Will stay there again.
