Westgate Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort

Staff was awesome and friendly. The grounds and rooms were fantastic! We walked the grand strand and found all kinds of interesting goods and services. The restaurants were great and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our vacation and will be back for sure!

I have to say Christian from the front desk and Corey from the poolside bar were great! They gave great recommendations for food and drinks. Our room was beautiful, two huge balconies, a small kitchenette just off the living room. We are talking about our next trip to stay at this hotel!

It was a great stay. The hotel is well maintained and swimming in the pools was a lot of fun for our entire family, including our grandchildren. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs during our entire stay. Mae was especially helpful at the front desk.

Everything was very nice and in a convenient location. The weather wasn't the best due to fluctuating temperatures and winds, but we still had a great time. Unfortunately I had left some belongings behind. When I called to report my belongings being left behind, Security Officer Tim White went above and beyond in finding my items. He made sure they were packaged and mailed to me just like he said he would. Thank you Officer Tim White.

I regretted the choice, less than 24 hours after arriving. The rooms are average at best -- no chair. Beds are like concrete. No housekeeping. The pools were filthy, yet supposedly open. Service average. Concierge is more annoying than helpful. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS IN MYRTLE BEACH.
