Breakfast was excellent. We ordered the omelette plates. The bacon was cooked perfectly and omelette had a balance of add ins. Ed cooked it perfectly both days and the server Jessica was fabulous handling numerous tables I would go for breakfast even if I wasn’t staying there

The staff is excellent. Kevin is most helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are roomy and comfortable. Charleston is a great city. There is so much to do and see. Do not forgot to visit Sullivan, John and James Island. Angel Oak is a must see.

Large ugly stain on carpet, rusty shower and mold on shower curtain. I wouldn’t even critique this except for what happened next is making me state all these negatives. We had reserved 3 nights and decided to extend our stay by 2 more nights. Lady at front desk got on computer typing away and said we were all set. While at the tennis tournament, we got a voicemail to stop by front desk. We did this after our fun day of tennis. Now a man was at front desk and he told us the hotel was full and we couldn’t get the additional 2 nights promised us. He said all hotels in area are booked due to tennis and other events. We ended up getting a room at the Sleep Inn on same street! We will never stay at this Hilton Garden Inn again. Hilton you can do better. Don’t promise what you can’t deliver.

Our restaurant experience at Hilton Garden Inn Mount Pleasant was amazing! Ed the restaurant chef was friendly, funny and exuded tru southern warmth and hospitality. His grits were amazing and he made me one of the best omelets I’ve ever had. Thank you Ed!!!!

We went down for breakfast multiple times. Terry was very welcoming, and he provided great customer service. He was very pleasant and helpful. This was a great experience, and we would definitely enjoy this again!! We thank Terry very much!!
