Cullars Inn

Not the Hilton, but our room was clean, excellent wi-fi, large flat screen tv and terrific AC. A few bad reviews have been written for this hotel, by people that have never written another review anywhere for anything before or after their "stay". Evidently someone is trying to settle a personal grudge with the owners.

This is the worst establishment in the state! Disgusting rooms. Terrible customer service! You do NOT want to stay here. It was the word experience of our lives and during Hurricane Helene! These people are despicable! It is sad to see such a business in our small town. It's no wonder there are so many terrible reviews. These people are barely even human.

This place is horrible. Paid $85 a night and it wasn’t pleasant. The room was hot and muggy. The floor was dirty . The bathroom was not maid for anyone over 5’4”tall. The manager there was rude and no customer service. I’ve stayed here in the past and was not this way. Will drive 30 minutes away than give them my money again.

The bed was hard and super uncomfortable. The first night no towel or wash cloth. The office did not open until 8:30 am. No coffee in the room or available at office. No breakfast for guests. Over priced for what you get. Usually small town motels are loaded with service to make up for the fact that they are usually older but this place is old and terrible service. The light on the phone would not cut off and blinked all night. Finally had to just cover it up.

This place is totally run down. We booked the “suite”. The furniture was stained and dirty, as were the walls. The shower had a crack in the floor and was moldy. Toilet seat had a cigarette burn on it and was small and low to the ground. We checked in but later left; didn’t stay the night. I called and told management about the room and requested a refund and got the total run around. Was told to call hotels. Com and got the same run around from them. This place is a real dump. Find some place else to stay
