The hotel is lovely and looks renovated. The room was small but just fine. The price is eye-popping for March and high taxes but as expected on the beach. The staff is super nice and many beach towels available. There are 4 beach chairs for rent but nobody went for it, maybe pricey. The beach is pretty but cool in March like 65-70. Easy access over a wooden dune walkway. Parking is $10 weekdays $25 weekends. And most people are day tourist so streets allow same price parking overnight once people leave. Negatives: Tiny windows so not really a dra view from the room, and only third floor has unobstructed views from the walkway outside the room. Breakfast has market fridge boiled eggs and a tasty pancake maker but is constantly needing reboots. Pool is teeny tiny. Overall the hotel is nice and everyone left happy, and Isle of Palms is much less developed ed than Folly beach.

Great place for a beach hotel, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only bad experience is when I checked in I asked if it was possible to check in early (2 hours). The desk clerk advised yes, but IT WOULD COST ME AN EXTRA 100.00 TO CHECK IN EARLY!! I've never heard of such a thing. I get it if the room wasn't ready, but it's no skin of the hotel's nose if it's ready to allow a guest to check in. I want my 100.00 refunded!!! So rude!!!

This is one of the best places i have stayed. Clean rooms friendly staff. Exactly what I wanted and needed. Overall the best place to stay if u want to be super close to the beach. Very close to all the shops and restaurants well priced. Will definitely be going back again soon

Very nice place. Beautiful views , nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. I can see where parking would be difficult in the peak season but we didn't have issues. The staff was very friendly and recommended a wonderful restaurant. We will stay here again.

We decided to have a last-minute trip to the beach for Christmas and the seaside Inn came through. Having a pet friendly room was a requirement because it wouldn’t be a family vacation without our dog. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
