Excellent customer service! Julie T. helped my elderly parents check into their room and she was amazing! They are hard of hearing and she was extremely patient. The hotel is very clean and the cookies at check in were a nice touch . I am a diamond member so I have been to quite a few Home2suites and this one is the best.

First let me say that the desk staff was great! Aurelie and Julie are welcoming and helpful. Upkeep and housekeeping is a different story. I’ve stayed at this location before and it was clean and well kept. Not this time! Upon getting off the elevator on level 5, there was a strong smell. Similar to a pet kennel. There was mold in the shower. The sofa was dirty and stained so bad that I did not allow my daughter to sit on it. Everything in the area was sold out. Had I not driven 11 hours and it raining, I would have just left. Not to mention that the rates were about $200. I don’t know if it’s because Hilton is allowing pets and can’t keep up the clean standard or what the problem is. We saw several dogs, none of which were service companions. I have nothing against pets, I do expect that they are cleaned up after. Certainly not the Hilton level of service that I’ve become accustomed to.

Nice room comfortable bed. Easy access to interstate.breakfast sucks so skip that it’s just stuff the opened and put in microwave then in an enclosed shelf you get out with tongs. It’s not made fresh like picture in elevator would lead you to believe.

My friends and I booked our stay through Expedia and when we showed up it turned out Expedia never confirmed our reservation with the hotel so there were no rooms available. Lucky the staff here came to our rescue and was able to get a room that someone had just checked out of ready for us in a couple hours. Julie the front desk manager and her staff had excellent customer service and were very accommodating.
