I stayed here for a week while my apartment was being ready for move in. Ms. Destiny at the front desk was the absolute best checking me in. She has such a beautiful spirit. Excellent customer service. The entire stay was clean and everyone was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure wasn’t great. The shower wasn’t really hot. It was mildly warm and the pressure didn’t come out fast. The shower got cold really fast. Other than that I give it a 5 star. The laundry area was also good to use. It’s also a good area with food places/ gas stations & etc.

The manager Lori and dayshift clerk Amanda are great, however that's where it ends. The hotel is in bad need of updating and repair. ONE washing machine works for the entire hotel. Rooms are average at best and do not expect any givens (glasses, plates, pots, pans, etc) to be present in the room for extended stays. There really is no housekeeping as you take out your own trash and have to request toilet paper and other items from the front desk...they leave you a change of sheets to do yourself. The night shift clerks are horrendous. Unprofessional and very likely not at the desk when you need anything. They have horrible attitudes and are zero help for even the basic needs. I highly recommend that you stay elsewhere until they make some changes.

Check I was ok, room was old and zero amenities, broken hair dryer, rock hard bed and stiff pillows. Worst part however was when I called and asked to add a night. Was told no and there was no way for them to check if there was availability. Told to check out and call later, despite my Travelocity confirmation number - There was no way this hotel was booked- lot was empty.. I went down stairs in person and was told they had not time to look for availability, would have to wait an hour. Which I did, only to find the person (Amber) had moved on to set up housekeeping for the day with likely no intention to come back to me. I’m floored and beyond belief that she was so overwhelmed setting up cold coffee and plastic wrapped muffins, then getting rooms cleaned , which happens 1x a week to help a paying customer extend a day. So very disappointed even after my escalation. The wish that they hope my next stay would be better does not cut it … it won’t because I will never be back. Pool has zero signage, was locked and a known issue that the re entry door does not work coed the cake. Avoid this place at all costs. Shady, dirty and staff sucks

If I could rate this place -20 I would!!!!! There is zero communication between any of the staff!!! Housekeeping will refuse to do anything you ask if you aren’t on their list for the day and if you are you have to be out of your room. They will not let you sit in a different room or even be in the room with them! The beds are trash! The sheets do not fit the bed. The beds are hard as a rock! If you go and complain about anything make sure you talk to Lori (not that it will do any good)! At least your complaint will be directed toward the general manager; not that will matter because nothing will be done! The staff doesn’t know what policy and procedures to follow or who to look to for guidance! There is a massive communication issue between each person you talk to! Lori is only concerned with anything that is positive! The front desk will get an attitude with you faster than anything! Katrina and Amanda seem to be the only ones that truly care about the patrons of the hotel! Everyone will greet you with a smug of hateful look! Housekeeping will tell you it’s the policy that everyone exit the room for cleaning yet Lori will tell you different. (It appears one doesn’t know what the other does) We have been here since November and haven’t had housekeeping come in! The front desk told us that it was our responsibility to clean our room! If you like to catch a contact high this is definitely your place to go! I can’t tell you many times I have walked the internal hallways and have smelled pot! When you go to the desk they just shrug their shoulders and stare “there is nothing that they can do!” (Seems to be the going anthem when they don’t want to work) The charges (if you are staying more than a week) will depend on who is doing the audit that night! One night you could be charged on a Monday and then that Friday as well! There is zero knowledge as to when charges should be done and when they shouldn’t. (I was a long term patron) Needless to say I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy! I rather pay for their hotel than have them stay here!
