It’s a perfect place to be on vacation, since we are in front desk we have a great costumer service. In this visit Brenda, in front desk was amazing and was flexible getting for us the best option. We can find a good options in the pool and very close to the beach.

This resort was just what we needed on HH--so clean, comfortable, beautiful, well-appointed, great location, fabulous amenities, & just incredibly relaxing. Justine went above & beyond at the front desk accommodating us with a later check-out request. She was friendly, professional, approachable & just so sweet! We loooooooooooooooved the pool, our room & balcony, the tub/shower combo, and the comfy bed. Housekeeping did a superior job as well. We can't wait to return to the Westin HH next time we visit Hilton Head-and we *will* be back for sure!

Several outstanding team members at this location made our 40th wedding anniversary vacation extra special, and they all deserve credit for the stars in this review. We especially appreciate the thoughtful consideration and extra effort of Can (pronounced John) and Sydney (Can’s wife), at The View restaurant. For our 40th anniversary dinner, we were torn between the upscale menu offered indoors at the Carolina Room restaurant and the fantastic live music outdoors (by Rob McCurry) at The View. We wouldn’t have enjoyed the dinner even half as much if we had to choose one or the other. So, Can kindly offered to arrange for the Carolina Room entree be brought out to our table at The View, to accommodate our special anniversary dinner. The meal was top notch, and thanks to Can, this dinner was truly the highlight of our entire stay at the resort! The evening was chilly, so Can brought over a heater, and replaced it when he noticed the first heater wasn’t warm enough. Can and Sydney are attentive and helpful (and great at taking pictures); they don’t just serve in hospitality, they put hospitality into their service. We got a great table right in front of Rob, and he graciously performed two special request songs for the anniversary. Rob McCurry’s smooth soft rock guitar and vocals filled the courtyard and could be enjoyed even from the balcony in our room. The next day, without the live music, the ambiance of the resort wasn’t the same. We hope the management will bring Rob in whenever he is available! From the front desk, special thanks go to Katia for not just accommodating a Gold Elite room upgrade for our anniversary trip, but also looking carefully to make the room selection as special as possible! We also appreciated Cosette sending an anniversary amenity to the room and Kenji’s friendly and diligent service. There is high retention of workers here, several working for more than two decades at this location… a good indication of worker satisfaction and brand stability. As a result, this was naturally reflected in the atmosphere and service standards. Extensive experience and personal attention awaits guests who visit this property.

Our stay was perfect, the resort is top notch all the way. It is located in a beautiful location and the resort is immaculately kept up. Our room was clean, spacious and had the perfect ocean view. The staff was world class, very friendly and helpful. And the on-site restaurants offer delicious food for all three meals. You may never want to leave.

Great hotel, good housekeeping, they bring extra bottled water when needed. The coffee shop is good, but could be open later. Good breakfast with nice selections. The omelet station has superb service by all, especially Juanita! Very nice and helpful staff all around!
