Profoundly abysmal front desk service, like they're completely bereft of any hospitality training. Rather they behave like they're trying to get fired. There's hundreds of hotels in the vicinity and they act like they're doing guests a favor by taking their business. Easily the worst Hilton property experience and nearly the worst hotel overall.

HH is an expensive place but this hotel provided good value. Located just off the main road but with shops and restaurants handy locally and quite convenient for going into Harbour Town. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel.

This room exceeded our expectations - was more spacious than it looked when we booked on-line. The staff was very friendly - everything was very neat - and the room is perfect - micro and refrigerator - and a lot of space. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! This is probably the CLEANEST hotel I've stayed in in recent memory. I always do a little cleaning myself with Clorox wipes on all surfaces; absolutely NO residue was found on my wipes - even from the bathroom floor! I noticed the hardworking cleaning people - and their supervisor - working long hours on the floor to make sure all was in top shape. We did not use the pool, but it looked beautiful. Fresh towels were there. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the grits! Not a typical hotel breakfast at all. Everyone who works here should be very proud!

Hilton Garden Inn Hilton Head has a bar! ONLY PROBLEM IS ITS CLOSED ON (SATURDAY NIGHT) WEEKENDS. We always look for a hotel with a bar. We booked the hotel on line and said they have a bar get there and its closed on Saturday night. Room was nice bar was closed
